REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, changes, or modifications cannot be processed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. If an exchange is unavailable, store credit may be issued (including an additional $10 credit). All claims must include photo evidence and are subject to review.
MISSING OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to purchase Route Protection or select signature delivery where available.
ROUTE PROTECTION
Customers who purchase Route Protection must file claims directly with Route in accordance with their protection terms.
SHIPPING & FRAUD PREVENTION
Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be subject to cancellation or additional verification to prevent fraudulent transactions.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by the destination country.
We offer DHL Express and may provide the option to prepay duties via Global-E at checkout.
We do not reimburse prepaid customs or duties, as these are remitted directly to the local customs authority.
We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or fees resulting from refusal of delivery or failure to pay customs charges.
